Pour water into the kettle and bring it to a boil.

Fix the sackcloth tea strainer on the mouth of another kettle. Fill the sackcloth tea strainer with tea leaves.

Pour boiling water into the sackcloth tea strainer. Lift the sackcloth tea strainer such that the tea can slip into the empty kettle.

The tea is next force poured between the two kettles three to four times. The tea is then rested for another two minutes.

After the force-pouring, place the kettle with tea on the electric hot plat, replace the lid and reheat the tea for one to two minutes.

Pour the tea into the cup.
