Tianfeng Huanpei (Jade Pendants in a Heavenly Breeze)

This piece is from Ming Dynasty Xilutang Qintong (Xilutang Qin Anthology) (1549), reconstructed (dapu) by Tse Chun-yan (2013).
Instead of the version of Shenqi Mipu (Mysterious Manuscript) (1425) or Fengxuan Xuanpin (Wonderful Pieces from Nature) (1539) played by qin masters of the last generation, in this performance, the version of Xilutang Qintong is played by Tse Chun-yan with Songfenghan Qin (silk strings) which was made by Choi Chang-sau and his wife Chueng Shun-yee, Joyce. The piece depicts the heavenly sound of dangling jade pendants.
